This is apartment located in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil designed in 2011 by the practice of Felipe Rodrigues Arquiteto with a contemporary style that integrates some of the features of the building in which it is set.
The apartment is in one of the buildings designed by Botti Rubin with a brutalist architecture that is inspired from the trend of the 1960s. The loft spreads over a surface of 300 square meters and it is mostly comprised of raw concrete left exposed on the ceiling.
The partitions, tabletops and sinks were inserted to define each area while still maintaining a fluid circulation inside with the bedrooms separated from the kitchen box and social area. Sliding glass doors can separate the kitchen from the living room when cooking is done and the bedrooms are arranged in a nucleus that brings light to the rest of the apartment as well.
